CLIENT: DEVIANTART DATE: FEBRUARY 2020

DeviantArt prompted their online community of 45 million users to Get Started creating art!  To encourage this activation we filmed 10 creatives to "quick draw" something they randomly chose from a bowl. The goal of this campaign was to generate engagement from the community in the form of submissions, comments and views.  We strategically chose to make the example art less intimidating then other campaigns to engage the amateur art audience and build rapport with them on the site.

To announce the tour we shot some new press images and created an alt version of their classic logo to signify the importance of this tour and give a brand new look.  We incorporated Brandon Boyd's handwriting of his lyrics in the Admat to capture that nostalgic feeling.  The design needed to translate to marquee fronts, merchandise and billboards.  We created a unique visual for a tour commercial in place of the usual concert footage.
